Today, travelling in a small group you will enjoy a food and wine journey to South Australia’s premium wine region, The Barossa. Your first stop is Pindarie, a multi-tourism award-winning cellar door, which feels more like an Australian Homestead than a winery. Learn the stories behind the wines as you sample their blends while admiring the stunning vineyard views and enjoying some morning tea.

Next stop is Provenance Barossa, the original home of Penfolds in the Barossa which played a key role in the local wine industry since the early 1900’s. Home to an exclusive collection of food and beverage businesses offering unique experiences, and you will have free time to explore this popular destination. From wine purchases at Penfolds or First Drop Wines, to beer tasting paddles at Stein's Taphouse, to coffees and fine teas at Bean Addiction, there is sure to be something to take your fancy.

Then it’s on to Lambert Estate for lunch and wine tasting. Graze from gourmet platters of seasonal produce while you learn all about the wines, the family and the history of the winery.

Your final stop for the day is the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company, where you will pair house-made chocolates with Vineyard Road’s handcrafted wines - a perfect way to finish off your day!

This morning join your City Highlights Tour, and be introduced to our delightful city, surrounded by parklands, with a blend of historic buildings, wide streets, cafés and restaurants. Drive past Adelaide's cultural precinct - North Terrace, Adelaide Botanic Gardens and the beautiful Botanic Park, home to the Bicentennial Conservatory and the Adelaide Zoo.

A stop will be made at the National Wine Centre of Australia, where you will have free time to explore the Wine Discovery Journey Musuem. Continue through historic North Adelaide, where you’ll see tree-lined streets, mansions and historic buildings. Stop to photograph the iconic St Peters Cathedral or the newly developed Adelaide Oval.

After a lunch break (not included), enjoy a scenic drive to Mount Lofty Summit, Adelaide’s highest peak. Take in the spectacular views of the city and the coastline - a perfect photo opportunity. Wind your way through the Adelaide Hills villages of Crafers, Stirling, Aldgate and Bridgewater before arriving at the Beerenberg Farm Shop, where there is time to taste and purchase from their full range of products.

Then it’s on to Hahndorf, Australia’s oldest German settlement. Spend the afternoon exploring the main street of Hahndorf where you can sample local produce, check out the local arts and crafts before enjoying afternoon tea or a traditional German beer tasting at the very popular Hahndorf Inn.

This morning, there's time for any last-minute shopping or sightseeing before you depart Adelaide.
